By accessing or using the services provided by SPAR Clean ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the service.

SPAR Clean provides premium dry cleaning and laundry services. We reserve the right to refuse service for any item that we deem hazardous, unsanitary, or likely to be damaged by our cleaning process.

• We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing your garments. We follow the care label instructions on each item. If an item has no care label, we will use our professional judgment but cannot accept liability for the result.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from inherent weaknesses or defects in the material (e.g., sun fading, color bleeding due to poor dye quality) that are not readily apparent prior to processing.
• We are not responsible for any items left in pockets (e.g., money, jewelry, pens). Please check your pockets before handing over your laundry.

Payment is due upon delivery or can be made online prior to delivery. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of items until full payment is received. Accepted modes include Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
