Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your pickup request through our website or by contacting customer support.

  • Free CancellationYou may cancel your order free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late CancellationCancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a nominal fee of ₹50 to compensate our logistics partners.
  • After PickupOnce your items have been picked up and reached our facility, the order cannot be cancelled as the processing begins immediately.

Refunds & Quality Guarantee

SPAR Clean is committed to delivering the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning quality:

Re-cleaning

Please report any quality issues within 24 hours of delivery. We will happily re-clean the item(s) free of charge.

Refunds

If you remain unsatisfied after the re-cleaning, we will issue a full refund for the service charge of that specific item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we take utmost care of your garments, in the rare and unfortunate event of loss or damage:

  • Liability Cap: In accordance with standard industry practices, our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of that item, or ₹2,000, whichever is lower.
  • Exclusions: We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, inherent fabric defects, color bleeding (unless we failed to test), or loss of buttons/accessories that were loose prior to processing.
  • Claim Process: Any claim for loss or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Unclaimed Items

Items not claimed or for which delivery cannot be completed within 30 days of the original delivery date may be donated to charity. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before doing so.
